Replacing fuel lines

I am trying to prepare myself if i may end up replacing the fuel hoses
Reading on forum , it appears to be a hard jop
Mainly pulling out the tank
From driver side there is a fiberglass wall separating the tank from battery compartment
I can not even see the mounting bolts
Per mike, part of the wall must be cut
I only see the filling neck of the tank coming out of fiberglass with calking or may be glue seal
To slide the tank out , it could take two people to lift it up( to free the drain plug) and show couple of railing boards
Which fiberglass wall will not allow it as mike sais must be cut
I am thinking it will be much less work to cut an opening above the tank on the floor to access the hose fittings and then patch the floor
Has any one done that? What are the pros and cons

Don't know pros and cons of coming in from the top but someone here on the forum has done that.

You need to remove both of the fiberglass covers on the tank, they are a fight to remove, FT used plenty of adhesive. I did not cut any walls. There are 2 pvc tubes that run from the bulkhead to the battery bay that have to come out. Once you drain the tank it's light.

The door and the front door bracket has to be removed on the passengers side needs to be removed.
Also the door frame needs to be removed. I raise the tank with a pry bar and slide a board to clear the
drain plug. To get the tank moving is use a pry bar on the drivers side. I didn't put the fiberglass covers
on.
