HWH overide

Newbie here with an 02 320 and many questions but will start with this. I talked with HWH and during the conversation found out that the overide is in the position 220. I have to assume that there was a problem with the previous owner. Wanting to switch it back to 110, so should the slides be out or in when I do this? Thanks John  PS More questions to come

Can you elaborate on what this means.
What overide in position 220 are you referring to?
