Toad-charge install help please...

I have this all installed except for one wire; the one that goes to the coach battery. I want to connect it to Battery 2 (which I think is the house batteries) on the isolator, but I don't know how to disconnect the power from that terminal. I tried disconnecting from shore power, and with the inverter off, it still has 13+ Vdc.
Do I have to remove the negative wires from the house battery?
Can I just hold the wire in contact with the isolator terminal, add the Toad-charge wire and tighten the nut back up, without arcing and sparking?
Thanks, Dick

Yes you can.
I don't think you will do any harm.
That is what I did on mine.

Thanks Barry,  You were right; not even a tiny spark.
