I can't answer your questions directly - never even seen a 2006 Nimbus in person. But, hopefully another Nimbus owning member will chime in. Or you can look at the photos below from the (front) 6-pack on my coach. Compare the HWH solenoids on your coach to the ones in my photos. If the solenoids on your manifold look like the ones in my photo, odds are the kits will work.

Note: The metal cover over the coil on your solenoids may look different from mine. Later models had a "U" shaped metal bracket instead of a full cover. The rest of the valve, however, is identical.

Or, send a PM to Tom McCloud (link below) and ask him. He may know. He can also advise if he has any kits on hand, and the current price.

I believe the 2006 Nimbus is essentially a U320/U295. The Nimbus name was put on it for the 2006 model year.

I just ordered a kit from Tom, contacted him last week and he said that a new batch was coming in so I ordered 1 kit
Kit plus shipping was 125.00. should be here today or Monday
If he is out he will let you know when the next batch should be coming in.

hi all,

as for the nimbus, he is going to take pictures and let me see them. like chuck has said, if they look like his in his pictures they will most likely fit.

as for availability, i have one kit left from the batch that just came in and it is reserved for someone. if he doesnt contact me by early next week it will be avail. and i have another batch ordered to come in later this month. you and the newell guys have asked for more than usual here lately.

the kits that i mailed out wednesday should start arriving today and monday. if i get payment before the post office closes i always send out the same day. i live in a rural area so i hop in my rzr and scoot over to the post office to drop them off. nice ride....ha

i have gone through most of two batches the last 2 months. i do have some left from this last batch. there were a few folks who wanted some but never responded back. so if you are one of them let me know. for anyone else that might needs some let me know as i have some as of now.

Just as a fyi. I have had to replace a valve in my 2014 IH45. The valves look just like the ones in the pictures above. The Active Air system also has 2 larger valves that are for high volume on the drive axle.

i ran out of kits several months ago. my supplier because of covid took over 2 months to get me more parts that i just got over the weekend.

so i have kits if anyone is wanting them

i have made so many good friends from foreforum. i have now sent kits to canada and germany as well as the usa for foretravel owners.

Howdy all,

You guys have kept me hopping on these rebuild kits for a long time. the previous batch i ran out of in april. took almost 4 months to get more and they arrived yesterday (july 29). my wife and i used our soft toilet paper as usual and packed them up. the wait list has taken about half of the ones i ordered. i still do this for fun and to help out and hope at some point i wont get stuck with these things.....ha i only put this on here and the newellgurus forum.

so if anyone is needing a kit or two or more i have some left.

I will absolutely give you my personal assurance that you will never get left holding the bag. If you do ever decide to permanently shut down your kit supply operation and have a bunch of kits left in stock, I will take them off your hands at the then going rate.

In that event, I would resell them to our Forum members (at my cost) until the supply ran dry. After that, it would be up to someone else on this Forum (not me) to pick up the ball, assuming they would want to take over your machine shop production contacts and assembly and distribution duties. We'll cross that bridge when we come to it.
