john is spot on. as i talked to an engineer about these in having them made. he said they are meant to work almost forever. but in totally clean industrial systems with clean air. my newell has over 10 air tanks and they all generate contamination. moisture is the enemy. drain you air tanks of moisture often.

Actually, if you ever get any moisture out of any air tank, it is an indication that the AIR DRYER HAS FAILED!

brett,

i agree in part. the air dryer on the newells is only for the engine compressor. i have a 12v and 120v compressor that generate moisture as well. there are mechanisms for automatically releasing water, but not everywhere. i cant tell you how many times i have drained a few easy to get at air tanks on friends newells that filled up a cup with rusty water.

Dryers come in all sizes. If not equipped from the factory, install one now.

i have a number of dryer/ water separators. living in az, i dont actually generate as much condensation as other areas.

my newell has an air entrance door, two internal air pocket doors, 2 air toilets, air dump valves, etc

air leaks are a constant task to find.

I agree. Tom is awesome. He called me on Memorial Day to confirm my request. Received the kits yesterday; very nice!

Installed rear six pack, front gets renewed today. Will replace open LR lower coil, here next week from FOT, and be back in business.

Tom, can you buy just one plunger and two sets of orings to rebuild the slide bladder solenoid air valves? Also is it possible to source the other plunger used in the air bladder valves that has 4 groves instead of two like the others?

i only buy them in quantities to build a 6 valve kit, so i do not have single plungers.....sorry.

i am no help with the other plunger either. only reason i did these was for my self and buddies for the six packs. i am not a business, just a newell owner.

No problem Tom. Was just curious if anything was out there like the 6 pack rebuild kit but got for the slide valves. Thanks again for putting these rebuild kits together. Already used one of the two you sent me. Made a huge difference in the ability of the coach to stay level. Went from two days to weeks before needing to re-level.

i continue to get requests for the kits. i get the parts and put the kits together in small batches. i do that because i am not a business and dont want to get stuck with a bunch of these things. i have a handful of them left from the batch i just got in last week.

let me know if anyone is in need. everytime i think no one is ever going to want any more i get a few folks asking for them.

Are any kits available.

Will they work on a 2006 Nimbus 336? Just saw It is my responsibility to verify if they work.

That being said what is the possibility of them working. Would like to have possible replacements before I tear my coach apart.
