It all depends on how you submitted your application. I think most of those who had very quick turnaround paid the upfront "speedy process fee" (I forgot how much they charged for rapid processing). With normal processing, you go into the queue with everyone else. It takes up to a week or two to get processed. This was back when they were inundated with many, many new applications; I don't know what their backlog is now.

Be patient; you should get your phone call soon, and your EFS card soon after that.

Got to use our new fuel card yesterday at a Love's in Virginia. Fuel price was $2.95 and we paid $2.43! Thank you Rudy for your info on putting us on to this great deal and TDS for offering these great savings.
Love the fact that you can swipe the card at the pump and fill. I did come into the store and pickup my receipt, but it was already in the box for us and we were in and out in minutes, not that I'm in that big of a hurry! lol

We tried to use our card a few days ago, but Amy is having trouble finding nearby stations on the app. We were traveling from Mass. through Conn. on our way to NJ.
We filled up at a regular gas station, and will be heading to Virginia and Indiana.
How can I help her locate Love's or other truck stops, so we can use the card??

Glenn,
I like using the app on my phone to find locations. It is pretty easy and you can also use it for a route.
To use it after starting the EFS Card app, press the lines up in the left top corner and select Price Locator on the next page. The prices for the area around you will come up, then. (the green one is the lowest)

We haven't used the EFS app much, but the listing of truck stops in our local area has me wondering about how often it is updated. We have two Love's travel centers nearby - one in Odessa (#339) and one in Midland (#623). Using the EFS app on either our iPad or my iPhone, the map only shows the Loves in Odessa. The Midland location is included in the written list of stations, but not on the map.

Another excellent resource for easily locating truck stops (and MUCH more) is the offerings from Allstays. Some are free - some are subscription. We use their informative maps on every trip. You can filter the maps for anything you are interested in, like for instance Loves travel stops. I highly recommend their website, and the (paid) Pro subscription. I believe the person who did the work to produce this tremendously helpful program should be compensated. But that's just me...

OK....
we need to determine WHERE the stations are along our route. When we press the green icon, it gives an address, but then we would have to enter that info into Google maps??!!
I think we are missing something.

You click the circle with the arrow. It will show you current location. Then you add where you are going and it will show you the gas stations on your route. Make sure you enable route search.

Or you download the Love's app and it can locate stores on your route.

How do you sign up for the daily mail list?

I have noticed something odd on the price map. Close to where I store my coach there are 2 Love's and one TA with in 2 miles of each other on I-35 just north of Denton, TX. Yesterday the only on with a price in the indicator on the map was TA, I checked again this morning and the Loves 2 miles north showed a price in its indicator too. The other loves has a indicator where the station is but it is blank but up the road across from the other Love's is the price indicator for the other Loves 2 miles to the south.

So dont always count on the bubble indicators to be in the correct spot

They are no longer sending daily prices via email. You can use their website or efs app. I prefer the app.

Glenn, Just look for Loves. With AllStays you can set a filter for Loves.

There is only one Loves in MN and it is not close.

I see that TSD logistics has negotiated discounts at Pilot/Flying J. Not sure of the total discount though.

Added the Pilot app to the iPhone add linked up the EFS card to it.

One thing that I like about the pilot app is that it shows the Bio fuel content of a particular fuel stop.

On my recent trip to NM & Colorado, I saved over $80 on the 3 times I used it to fuel up. One of those times, In Oakley,Ks, the stop was listed on the locator as a Love's, it was actually a TA. It still gave me a discount of $26. Aftter this trip, I really appreciate all the savings I can get.

The Pilot discount is real puny at only 10 cents, TA/Petroleum at about 40 cents and Loves at about 50 cents

I guess I haven't been snooping in the right location. I'll dig around a little more.

Found it. Guess if it doesn't say B-whatever % then I guess it means B-0? Be nice if it had the B content as 0 and up, So one could be sure it wasn't just left off the info on one particular stores info.

We just finished a trip of almost 3,200 miles. The card worked great at all stops. The app was also a big plus in finding the fuel at an easy access station. We stopped at Love's for all of our 5 fuel stops. We used 434 gallons at an average cost of $2.58/gal and a savings of $165.87. I hope this lasts. It is a great travel tool that simplifies fueling.
