Most any home improvement store have them in there tool section with there air compressors and air tools. These aren't anything special.  If you have time to wait they are available off the net. for home delivery.

The Kobalt states 90psi; are we not getting approx 120 from pump?

John,

The regulator listed (by Mark) is rated for use of 125#, go to the pdf spec. sheet. The 90# flow rate rating is for sizing of air tools.

After you have installed the new replacement regulator, set it for 60psi output (it will show 60psi on the little pressure gauge).

Thanks for everything guys, as always a wealth of info.

Old regulator replaced with new, set to 60psi as Chuck recommended.  Old one was set to 70psi. What are we regulating here?  New spare in coach.

Now I am looking for another leak that drains the other end of the coach overnight. The regulator I replaced was evidently a small leak as gauge shows I am holding pressure at 120 for 3 days. Will check aux air comp area.  Is there an air regulator at the rear of coach.  Air bags and associated fittings seem fine.  Any ideas??
